Chef's knives

All of the chef's knives I make are handmade and custom designed to the specifications and the requirements of the customer. Blade material, style, weight and size are made specifically for the customers needs and the knives intended use. This is the primary benefit of any custom made knife, but this only really becomes apparent when you are using your knife all day that you actually see how important these qualities are.
